These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which Fittazz ("we/us") makes available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the Fittazz website.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fittazz Site and the Fittazz Service.

1. Fittazz Products

1.1 All Fittazz Products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in the Tyne & Wear, England.

1.2 All Fittazz Products are subject to availability.

1.3 In the event that we are unable to supply the Fittazz Product you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices listed within the Fittazz Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.

3. Orders/Payment

3.1 You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards other than department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. By clicking on the 'Proceed' button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Fittazz site.

3.2 We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of sixteen (16) years.

3.3 Cancellation of orders can be subject to 20% Handling Fee.

5.2 Our Customer Service Team is available from 9.30am to 12.30pm from Monday to Friday.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Fittazz Site and/or the Fittazz Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Fittazz Site and/or the Fittazz Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Fittazz Site and/or the Fittazz Service impossible or impractical.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Fittazz Site and/or the Fittazz Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Fittazz Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Fittazz Service or Fittazz Site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

7.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Fittazz Site and/or the Fittazz Services for any reason
at any time.

7.3 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

7.4 A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that Act.

7.5 Save in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Gym & Home based Personal Training: All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session.

Fittazz understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Fittazz is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.

If you need to cancel a session, please call your relevant trainer.

4 Week Bootcamp: Fittazz strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. If for any reason you are not able to attend your selected Bootcamp, we will be happy to issue you a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Bootcamp.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of the start date will be refunded in the form of a credit to be used on Fittazz services.

Privacy Policy

Fittazz are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • address
  • mobile number
  • e-mail address
  • credit/debit card details
  • age
  • gender

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and English law.
Fittazz may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
